Selection process
In May the African Business Awards Committee will announce the shortlist of nominees for each of the categories. The Committee is composed of the editorial team of African Business, New African and African Banker magazine and representatives from the Commonwealth Business Council and it benefits from the expertise of leading organisations and industry figures with an in-depth knowledge of the African business landscape. Once the shortlist has been decided, nominees will be informed individually.
The jury will then select one winner from the nominees in each category. The winners will be announced on the evening of the award ceremony.
