The categories for the African Banker Awards are chosen to recognise the key banking fields and initiatives that form the make-up of the African banking world.

Judging process
Entrants will be judged for their performance for the fiscal year 2011
The specifications regarding the individual categories can be found in the entry forms.
Submissions are welcome from any banking or financial institution based in Africa including corporate headquarters or branch offices of international commercial or investment banks, emerging market funds, development finance institutions, micro-credit institutions, housing finance institutions.
Entrants may place submissions for as many categories as they wish.
All materials will be judged as received. Entrants must ensure that their entries do not exceed the word limit specified on the form. Please ensure that entries are complete and to your satisfaction before sending.
Best Regional Bank Awards
Though we are accepting entries for the regional category the winner will be selected by the African Banker Awards Committee. There will be no shortlist announced for either of the regional awards.

Nous acceptons les candidatures de toute institution bancaire ou financière en Afrique, y compris des sièges sociaux de sociétés ou agences des banques commerciales ou d’investissement internationales, des fonds des marchés émergents, des institutions de financement du développement, des instituts de micro-crédit et des sociétés de crédit immobilier.
Les candidats peuvent choisir autant de catégories qu'ils le souhaitent.
Les formulaires seront traités dès leur réception. Les candidats doivent s'assurer que leurs formulaires ne dépassent pas la limite du nombre de mots demandé. Aussi, prière s'assurer que les formulaires sont dûment complétés et que vous en êtes satisfait avant de les envoyer.
Trophées des meilleures banques régionales
Bien que nous acceptions les candidatures pour les catégories régionales, le lauréat sera sélectionné par le Comité des Trophées African Banker. Nous n'annoncerons pas de nominés pour ces catégories.
